worst behaviour by customer agent by disconnecting the call and not trained properly, they don’t have the knowledge how to treat a customer, and deal a delay delivery issue.. more over my purchase date was Oct 8th and delivery has to be done on 18th of Oct but it got delayed and ticket was raised and after calling to customer care they said it will be delivered by 22nd and again it got delayed and said it will be delivered on 24th and again it got delayed and after calling customer care it has updated and it will be done by 28th Oct finnally received the product on 26th Oct and no one taken care for installation after multiple calls and complains installation happened on Nov 2nd I guess. This kind of delay was not acceptable and Okay let us assume we have big billion days sale and got delayed in delivering the product I can understand but what the hell happened with customer agents why the behaviour is like that… Not having proper knowledge on process and never connects to escalation team what not I have faced with the agent’s I can bare with late delivery also but as a customer we can’t bare this kind of behaviour with the customer…
