Product is good and working fine.. But it had a dent..

Nice washing machine. Worth the price. Flipkart delivery was swift. Only thing is even after scheduling delivery n getting confirmation mail, the product was delivered one day prior.
The installation was done the next day. There was a minor problem a few days later with water inlet pipe which was promptly attended by the service engineer by 1 call to service centre.
Overall nice machine… Go for it…

1.Whirlpool engineer came for fitting they told please use water filter without water filter machine water sensor damage so please use water filter@ Rs.2000
2.Secoundly he told don’t use washing machine without stand because air circulation need for motor Stand is RS.1600
3.And finally he told Use Drum claening powder every three months once use the powder and clean the drum powder only RS.500
Kind of problems there means why company not given water filter and washing machine stand including product ….
