We have only had this product for a few days now, but we are pretty impressed.
Cooling is excellent in spite of the fact that our apartment has a pretty open design and so has a cool a large area. Bought two, the other one for a commercial space and so far it seems to work even better than the Mitsubishi a/c that is replaced at a much lower cost and much better specs bought over 7 years ago.
Mobile app works and we are yet to hook up Alexa, will update once that is done.
The installation was a breeze (no pun intended :), and though we were prepped to negotiate with the installation company, it proved unnecessary. They were most professional, told us what it would cost upfront and charged us exactly what was mentioned on the Flipkart order. Installation was completed on the second day post delivery. They only charged a reasonable extra amount for removing the existing a/c unit. Kudos to Electrocool in Trivandrum!
I used the EMI option, and there was a good discount on the card transaction as well. So, essentially it was like the whole transaction cost was split over a year without any interest. All in all, a great deal on a great piece of equipment. Only the cost of maintenance needs to be seen now. I have spent roughly 25% of the cost of the equipment over the 7+ years that I had the Mitsubishi in the heavy-usage commercial space, hoping this one beats it.

But comes the installation :
Useless completely, inexperienced ac engineers,
Took three days to mount and make my AC work….. Daily they came for 3 days and did work.
They charged me 4500 including installation charges….. I asked what all u added, give bill…. They told its not possible to give bill.
