Only con about the product is that the usage is slightly tricky. We had to arrange a technician from Panasonic to demo the product (free). Once you understand the usage, it is a good and very useful product.

Just got this so could not rate on longevity, it is simple and what you get is what you pay for. So remember this before you buy. I bought without knowing that this microwave missing two main and important features – one is quick start (30 seconds on one button to start) – In this microwave you have to select power level, add time, then start button – three buttons in total. Second one is that you cannot add more time while you are in the middle of reheating, you have to wait till cycle completes or cancel heating and hit three buttons again. I’m telling you based on my previous experience these two are very useful or you would use it every time 99%. This is not highlighted at all and no returns you buy it here, I’m locked now.
