I was scared after seeing a lot of negative reviews but received the product from flipkart on time and in very good condition. Installation was initiated by flipkart and is done the next day of delivery. Everything was smooth and good. The product is also good and worth the money spent.

I received on 12/05/2025 Samsung 396 L fridge. Item is very good [Samsung 396 L, 3 Star, Convertible 5-in-1, Digital Inverter, Frost Free Double Door, Bespoke AI WiFi Enabled Refrigerator (RT41DG6A4DB1HL].
The only thing is that the front door of the fridge is not scratchproof and there should be a little bit provision of back stand at the base.
Complaints: I received the item already unboxed and there were three big dents that were hided by the vendor by affixing white adhesive tape one on the front below door, second a very little near to the one scratch and third on the right side of the body.
As I studied the comments on flipkart about the vendor there were complaints that the vendor delivers the damaged products. It is correct. Plz do not buy or believe on this vendor and even the flipkart could not checked although it was already unboxed. Both the vendor and the flipkart rating is very bad from side. I am unhappy after receiving dents and scratched product.
Both vendor and Flipkart cheated me.
I request to all customers plz don’t believe while purchasing the expensive items. take only on own risk.
