I received a manufacturing defect product where the temperature dail with model name was upside down. But I noticed it after the installation and didn’t wanted to waste my time again for replacement. Told the installation guy to fix it but he said he can’t do it as he would need to open the machine and he didn’t had expertise in it. Coming to the product review.. looks very good.. heating very good and it takes around 20 mins to fully heat the 15litres water. Heat retention is good as water stays hot for 6 to 8 hours easily with very less heat loss. There was no sounds when heating initially but after a month I can hear sounds, I feel it might be due to the scaling as we have Hard water with too much scaling. Overall very good product till now.
Update:
So my Geyser stopped working in few months and vguard service is pathetic as I’m chasing them for days and no resolution yet. Didn’t expect the Geyser to breakdown so early.

I am writing the review after using it for 5 days.Water gets hot in 5 minutes,I bought it for 6750 for 25 litres.If there are 4-5 members in your house then buy only 25 liter one.I will update the review after using it for one more month. Let’s see how it goes?
